Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the financial services sector , focusing on C-suite and senior finance positions.
• Lead search assignments for highly specialized finance roles, including but not limited to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Investment Bankers.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract elite talent in a competitive market.
• Mentor and coach a team of finance recruitment specialists, ensuring best practices and high performance.
• Conduct in-depth market research and provide strategic insights to clients on talent availability and market dynamics in Buckinghamshire .
• Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new client opportunities to expand the firm's reach.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven specialization in placing senior-level finance professionals.
• Deep understanding of the finance industry, including regulatory environments and market trends.
• Exceptional track record of success in executive search and retained assignments.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or managing a recruitment team.
