About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the growth of the Technical & Engineering recruitment practice, focusing on UK-wide client acquisition.
• Manage complex, senior-level recruitment mandates for specialized technical and engineering roles.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent globally.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Potentially recruit, train, and manage a remote team of recruitment professionals.
• Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements within the engineering and technical fields.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment, with a significant track record in Technical & Engineering recruitment .
• Demonstrated success in high-volume, senior-level placements and significant business development achievements.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a 100% remote working environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, or team management is highly desirable.
