Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex recruitment mandates for senior and specialist roles, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
- Drive business development efforts, targeting key organisations within the Oxford and Oxfordshire region.
- Cultivate and manage long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at client companies.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Provide expert market insights and consultative advice on talent acquisition and retention.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team, fostering best practices and high performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in Recruitment Consultancy , with a proven track record of success in senior placements.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, client relationship management, and consultative selling at a principal level.
- Deep understanding of executive search, headhunting, and strategic talent acquisition methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oxford business and academic landscape is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking.
