Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the full recruitment process for complex and high-volume hiring needs.

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, including niche skill sets.
- Negotiate complex offer packages and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a proven history of success in a senior or principal role.
- Demonstrable expertise in specialized recruitment areas or industry sectors.
