Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team, working remotely to serve clients across the UK. This senior role focuses on driving significant business growth through expert client management and strategic sourcing of high-calibre candidates. You will leverage your extensive recruitment knowledge and network to secure key accounts and mentor junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex and high-value recruitment projects for a portfolio of key clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to secure new high-value accounts.
- Provide expert consultancy to clients on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract hard-to-find talent globally.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance remote culture.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and efficiency of the entire recruitment process from brief to placement.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record as a Principal or Senior Consultant.
- Demonstrated success in managing major client accounts and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in a fully remote working environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in utilizing advanced recruitment technologies and data analytics for talent acquisition.
