Key Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition and business development efforts, identifying and securing new high-value recruitment mandates.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to address complex client hiring challenges.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven track record in senior-level placements and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
