Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-level recruitment mandates for senior and executive-level positions.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, with a demonstrable track record in executive search or niche specialisms.
- Proven ability to win and manage complex, high-value recruitment projects.
- Exceptional understanding of talent acquisition methodologies, market mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working model, balancing office-based collaboration with remote autonomy.
- Leadership potential and experience in mentoring or managing teams within the recruitment industry .
