Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-volume and executive search recruitment campaigns for a portfolio of key clients.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent in niche markets.
• Build and nurture long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Analyze market data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment legislation and ethical best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior or principal recruitment consultancy role.
• Demonstrated success in placing candidates at senior and executive levels.
• Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and deliver consistent results.
