Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client retention.
• Develop and implement bespoke recruitment strategies tailored to the unique requirements of major accounts.
• Source, attract, and secure high-caliber candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new client opportunities within the Coventry and surrounding regions.
• Analyse recruitment data and market trends to provide strategic advice and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong track record in a senior or principal capacity, ideally within the West Midlands .
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic client accounts.
• Proven success in recruiting for senior-level and niche roles across various industries.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the recruitment market, sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies.
