Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of 5G and LTE RF networks , focusing on coverage, capacity, and quality objectives.

• Develop and validate RF planning tools and propagation models for accurate network simulations.
• Troubleshoot complex RF interference and coverage issues, providing technical leadership and solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging RF technologies and industry trends, recommending strategic adoption.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and expertise within the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in RF engineering within the telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on mobile networks.
• Deep understanding of 5G NR , LTE, UMTS, and GSM principles, including RF propagation and antenna theory.
• Proficiency with RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex RF projects.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights.
