Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in bioinformatics research and development, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with bioinformatics tools and databases.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques applied to biological data.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Singularity).
