Principal Scientist - Drug Discovery

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Principal Scientist to lead drug discovery efforts within their fully remote R&D division. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in drug discovery within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully advancing drug candidates into preclinical development.
• Expertise in a relevant therapeutic area and strong understanding of target validation and assay development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to thrive and lead in a remote work environment.
