Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in drug discovery.
• Deep understanding of drug development processes, from target identification to preclinical studies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing scientific teams and complex projects.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, neuroscience) is highly desirable.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with experience working in Milton Keynes .
