Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, performant, and reliable software systems.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering technical growth and expertise within the team.
- Conduct in-depth technical research and evaluation of new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on architecture and system design.
- Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and extensive experience with modern technology stacks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
