Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot existing chemical processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and execute test plans for new process technologies and equipment validation.
• Monitor process performance using data analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of chemical reactions, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with process safety management (PSM) principles.
