Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications using specialized software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed process designs, identifying potential challenges and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and operations specialists, in a remote setting to refine designs and ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize existing processes for improved performance, reduced environmental impact, and cost savings.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in process design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process design and development within industrial settings.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of process safety management (PSM) principles and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills.
