Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct process validation studies and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in pilot and commercial scale manufacturing.
• Implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
• Author process descriptions, validation protocols, and technical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing principles, unit operations, and GMP.
• Experience with process simulation, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and scale-up.
