Process Development Engineer - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct experiments and pilot studies to validate process changes and gather performance data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to implement process improvements.
• Utilize statistical analysis and process modeling techniques to identify areas for optimization and control.
• Develop detailed process documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities and ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong understanding of chemical, physical, or biological process principles relevant to the industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
