Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of new manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
- Conduct feasibility studies, pilot trials, and validation testing for new process technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to translate laboratory findings into viable manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Develop detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in process engineering and manufacturing .
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrated success in designing, scaling up, and implementing complex manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, process modeling, and simulation software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience in the automotive or aerospace manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
