Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and product quality.
• Conduct pilot plant trials and scale-up studies, meticulously documenting results and analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements using statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support.
• Ensure all process designs and modifications comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the design and specification of new process equipment and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities, with a commitment to safe working practices.
