Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new chemical processes from laboratory scale to pilot and commercial scale.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic assessments for proposed process changes and new technologies.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Collaborate with plant engineers and operators to ensure successful process implementation and troubleshooting.
• Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve safety.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering technology and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development or chemical process engineering.
• Experience with process simulation and modeling software.
• Knowledge of scale-up principles and pilot plant operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
