About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to evaluate and improve chemical process parameters.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize yields, and reduce operational costs.
• Develop robust, scalable, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing experimental results, process recommendations, and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with research scientists and production engineers to ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Ensure adherence to strict safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout process development.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and reaction kinetics.
• Experience with statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies.
• Proficiency in relevant software for process modeling and data analysis.
