Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing and operational processes from concept to implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot testing for new process designs and technologies.
- Utilize lean principles and statistical process control (SPC) to ensure robust and efficient operations.
- Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, P&IDs, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to translate new product designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development or process engineering, preferably with remote project involvement.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for a remote working setting.
