Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions to ensure consistent product quality.
• Write comprehensive technical reports, research summaries, and documentation for process validation.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless process transfer and implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in process development, scale-up, and validation within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation techniques.
• Familiarity with process safety principles and hazard assessment methodologies.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering and separation processes.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
