Process Improvement Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across all operational areas.
• Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor operational staff on new processes and best practices in industrial engineering .
• Document all process changes and improvements, ensuring compliance and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with process simulation and data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
