Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Design and conduct experiments to test and validate new processes or modifications.
- Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and management to implement and sustain process changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs on new processes and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in process improvement , operational excellence, or lean manufacturing roles.
- Demonstrated success in implementing significant process changes that yielded measurable results.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
