Process Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve workflow, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor employees on lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of implemented process changes.
• Work closely with department managers to embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in process improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma roles.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools.
