Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and optimize workflows.
• Develop detailed process maps, data analysis, and business cases for recommended changes.
• Implement and manage process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful adoption.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to staff on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement roles, with expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
