Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction.
• Design and implement improved workflows, layouts, and production systems using lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for enhanced clarity and consistency.
• Utilize statistical methods and software tools to monitor process performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with operations, quality control, and engineering teams to integrate process improvements effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, operations improvement, or industrial engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
