Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process documentation , including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles and tools to streamline operations and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including remote colleagues, to gather requirements and ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
• Track and report on the performance of implemented process improvements, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Solid understanding and practical application of lean principles and tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio) and data analysis tools.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
