Process Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and cost savings.
• Develop and implement new process layouts, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Utilize statistical analysis and process simulation tools to evaluate process performance and predict outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Experience with statistical software and process simulation tools (e.g., Arena, Simul8).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
