About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Supply Chain Optimization to join their logistics operations in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire . This role is critical in enhancing the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the company's supply chain. You will analyze complex logistical networks, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to streamline operations from procurement to final delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation, to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics networks, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Utilize data analytics and modeling to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and improve delivery performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain and logistics .
- Proven experience in analyzing and improving warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems is highly desirable.
