About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Process Optimization Engineer to join their team in Brighton . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements using lean principles and data-driven methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and implement process changes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process analysis and improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
