Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.

- Conduct root cause analyses for process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance and ensure consistency.
- Research and propose new technologies or methodologies that can enhance process efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in process engineering, optimization, or operations within the chemical industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and process simulation software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
