Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement exercises across DDaTT, Claims and Corporate Services. Produce tender documentation, evaluation materials and award reports. Provide procurement advice and support stakeholders with specifications and requirements. Manage supplier clarifications, evaluations and moderation activities. Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, PCR 2015 and internal policies. Manage multiple procurement projects and deliver to agreed deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
CIPS qualified or equivalent procurement experience. Strong public sector procurement background. Sound knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015. Experience delivering end-to-end tender exercises for goods and services. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
