Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and indirect services for FMCG production.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse base of suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and monitor commodity price trends.
• Manage supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to drive value and mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role, with specific experience in the FMCG industry highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and contract management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
