Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to finalizing contracts.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist , buyer, or in a related purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of procurement best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
