Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Identify and vet potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor order fulfillment, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Analyse spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and contract negotiation principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and stakeholder engagement.
