Identifying potential delays or problems early and taking ownership of resolving them.

*

Supporting weekly trading meetings with accurate information and updates.

What are we looking for?

Above all, we're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, determination and the confidence to keep people accountable.

You'll ideally bring:

*

Excellent numerical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, figures and data.

Outstanding attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.

*

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

*

A tenacious personality, comfortable chasing suppliers and colleagues when things need to get done.

*

Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

*

A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding solutions.

*

Good Excel skills and confidence learning new systems.

Previous experience in buying, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, stock control or a similar administrative position would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in transferable experience.

You'll be part of a supportive team that values Respect, Teamwork, Quality, Positivity and Drive, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge of product management, international suppliers and the wider supply chain.
