Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of new product formulations and product improvements, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and sensory evaluations to assess product viability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, throughout the product development process.
• Optimize existing product formulations to improve quality, reduce costs, or enhance sustainability.
• Ensure all product development activities comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including formulation recipes, process descriptions, and test reports.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in product development, ideally within the FMCG industry (e.g., food, beverages, personal care).
• Strong understanding of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent laboratory skills and experience with analytical and sensory evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
