Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development for new FMCG product formulations, from concept to commercialization.
• Design and execute experiments to test product performance, stability, and sensory attributes.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and provide clear, concise reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
• Stay abreast of scientific advancements, industry trends, and competitor innovations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the product development process.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably within the FMCG sector .
• Proven experience in formulation development and product testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent data interpretation abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and methodologies relevant to product development.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both lab-based and remote tasks.
