You will be responsible for conceptualizing, formulating, and testing new products, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, safety, and consumer appeal. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development for new FMCG product formulations, from concept to commercialization.
- Design and execute experiments to test product performance, stability, and sensory attributes.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and provide clear, concise reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Stay abreast of scientific advancements, industry trends, and competitor innovations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the product development process.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably within the FMCG sector .
- Proven experience in formulation development and product testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent data interpretation abilities.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and methodologies relevant to product development.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both lab-based and remote tasks.
