What you'll do

• Architect, design, and execute multi-format learning paths (live/on-demand webinars, interactive walkthroughs, self-guided digital experiences, short-form lessons) across owned channels and industry platforms.

• Translate complex platform updates, workflow friction points, and regulatory shifts into practical, engaging educational content that drives confidence, product mastery, and measurable business impact.

• Build repeatable frameworks, modular content architectures, and efficient production models to deliver localised, high-impact learning journeys across multiple countries with minimal operational overhead.

• Define and track the business impact of scaled education beyond attendance — proving activation, feature adoption, retention lift, and pipeline/revenue conversion.

• Use quantitative analytics, learner feedback, and modern AI-driven tools to optimise performance, accelerate content production, and maximise channel leverage.
