Production Assistant (Days) – Alton

Location: Alton, Hampshire (GU34) Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:45am – 2:15pm Salary: £29,(Apply online only) – £31,(Apply online only) per annum

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Production Assistant to join our busy day-shift production team based in Alton, Hampshire. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy practical work, thrive in a team setting, and are eager to learn and develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly and production of skips Help unload laser-cut components and materials Support press braking and handle larger components Assist the paint team with loading and unloading the paint line Move and stack materials and finished products Support general yard and factory activities Operate forklifts and cranes when trained and required Work closely with the wider production team to achieve daily output targets

What We Are Looking For

A positive, reliable, and punctual individual Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy production environment Willingness to learn new skills and take initiative Physical fitness and comfort with hands-on tasks throughout the shift Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential – attitude and reliability are equally important If you are seeking a stable, hands-on role within a friendly and supportive production team, we encourage you to apply today.
