Production Cleaner

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a Production Cleaner to join their team on a Temporary on-going basis with a potential to go Permanent.

Production Cleaner Job Details & Benefits;

• £12.71 per hour

• 40-hour week – Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

• 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays after 12 weeks

Production Cleaner Job Duties;

• Rotating the cleaning between various Production and Warehouse areas

• Cleaning gantries, vessels, drums and mixers

• Taking off and cleaning drain covers with specific equipment

• Using a floor scrubber machine across the facility

• Maintenance of required records to comply with the Company’s Quality procedure

• Reading labels and following procedures to ensure health & safety is maintained at all times

• Stock checking as required

• Using a FLT to empty bins and pallets – full training given

Production Cleaner Person Specification;

• Must be able to use own initiative and be proactive due to working in a team and alone at times

• Must have the ability to read labels and follow procedures to ensure a safe working environment is essential

• Applicants need to be physically fit and able due to the manual work involved in the role which will require bending down and scrubbing floors

• Must be comfortable working from heights when needed

• Excellent team player
