Production Engineer

You'll be the Production Engineer who owns how automation and process improvement take shape on the shop floor. Identify, design and implement automation solutions across the production line Lead automation and process improvement projects from concept through to implementation Review existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for standardisation and waste reduction Support new product introduction, ensuring processes are optimised ahead of full scale production Investigate and resolve production issues, applying root cause analysis techniques Work with production, quality and engineering teams to embed a continuous improvement culture As a Production Engineer, your experience will include:
