Production Line Supervisor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of production line operators.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and timeliness.
• Monitor the production line for any issues and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all safety protocols.

Requirements
