Direct all shop floor operations, leading production and personnel to deliver safe, high-quality products to schedule Plan and schedule production to hit targets and meet customer expectations Optimise people, equipment and materials to keep the operation running efficiently Lead, supervise and develop the production workforce, strengthening a positive site culture Uphold quality and health and safety standards, driving continuous improvement across the floor Control costs against budget and work with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and streamline workflows As a Production Manager, your experience will include:
