About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Production Operations Manager to direct and manage their production operations in Stoke-on-Trent . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety. You will lead the production team, implement operational improvements, and manage resources effectively to meet production targets and customer demands, driving excellence in manufacturing output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
