About the Role
Our client in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team. You will be involved in various stages of the production process, operating machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards. This role is fundamental to our client's commitment to delivering quality products, and offers a great entry point into the manufacturing industry in Staffordshire . We are seeking individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to contribute to a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment as directed.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all instructions and procedures carefully.
- Report any issues or deviations to the shift supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production or factory setting is an advantage but not essential.
