Production Operative

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives, working a three shift pattern, on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced production environment, where quality and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble components according to specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors What We’re Looking For:
• Must have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work within a fast paced enviroment
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A DRUGS TEST AT OUR OFFICE IN HEBBURN
